We also have our off site cleaning in our facility in the Bronx. We will come over, issue a price, pick up, clean, dry and deliver in roughly 1 week (each rug is different so delivery completion times may vary). Our off site cleaning is best for rugs which are extremely dirty, have stains, spots, spills, odors, pet stains and/or odors and ofcourse water damage and soot damage.

Our Off Site Rug Cleaning Process:

Inspection: We inspect the rug to determine its condition, checking for discoloration, fading and stains. Also for any damage that may have been there before. This way, we can find out just how well we can clean the rug and which way is best to use.

Dusting: We use compressed air and tools to get all of the built in dust out of your rugs. The fibers are often negatively affected by visitors and various irritants, therefore we dust or air wash the rug, as it is way more effective than merely beating or vacuuming the rug.

Pre-Treatment: We use extremely remarkable tools to pretreat your spots and stains.

Pre-Clean: Though we can't reverse wear or fading. We will steam clean your rug to prepare it for the deep cleaning.

Deep Clean:Your rug will be submerged and re-submerged to deep clean into the fiber and all into the back of your rug.

Rinsing: We will rinse your rug until all the soap is gone.

Partial Restoration: We groom the rug and make sure it looks amazing.

Drying: Our drying room will probably be the perfect spot to finish your rugs. This takes 24 hours or less.

Final Inspection: We will inspect the rug for any stains, spills or odors we may have missed. If we think we can do a better job in a second cleaning we will.
